On Wednesday, national industry groups representing retail, truckers and independent businesses sued the Biden administration. While left-leaning articles highlight that the National Retail Federation, the National Federation of Independent Businesses and the American Trucking Associations told a U.S. Court in their lawsuit that businesses would lose employees, right-leaning articles highlight that the Trump-linked America First Policy institute is the latest group to sue the Biden administration over its effort to impose a workplace COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals already halted the vaccine and testing requirements pending review on Saturday.

The Hill published a centrist article reporting that Toyota is planning to return to its U.S. headquarters in Texas in January without a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The decision comes less than a week after the Biden administration published a new vaccine mandate developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

A right-leaning article by Washington Examiner highlights that the Trump-linked America First Policy institute is the latest group to sue the Biden administration over its effort to impose a workplace COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Biden’s new Occupational Safety and Health Administration rule would require all businesses with more than 100 employees to mandate vaccines.
