Left-leaning articles tend to point out that this video represents the dangerous effects of the Trump administration’s anti-media rhetoric, while right-leaning articles emphasize that Trump has condemned the video and centrist articles both report Trump’s condemnation and question the implications of the violent imagery.
A left-leaning New York Times article analyzes the video and notes that it is similar to other memes depicting violence against the media that Trump has tweeted out in the past.
